โ How do I cancel a booking and receive a refund on Woofi?
We understand โ plans change sometimes! Woofi makes it easy to manage your cancellations and refunds directly through the app ๐ฑ๐พ.
๐ Important:
If the sitter requests the cancellation, they must cancel it from their account.
You can always reach out to them through Woofi Messages ๐ฌ to coordinate.
๐ ๏ธ How to Cancel a Booking (Woofi App)
- Open the Woofi App and go to your Inbox.
- Tap the Upcoming tab.
- Select the booking you want to cancel.
- Tap the three dots (โฎ) in the top right corner and choose Modify Booking.
- Tap Cancel Booking.
- Choose a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu.
- Review the details, add a message for the sitter if you want, and tap Cancel Booking to confirm โ

- Refunds are based on the sitterโs cancellation policy ๐.
- Refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
- Please allow 1โ2 business days for the refund to appear.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank ๐ฆ.
