❗ What If My Pet Sitter Doesn’t Start the Booking?

At Woofi, your trust and your pet’s safety mean everything to us. If your sitter fails to start the booking as expected, here’s exactly what will happen:


💸 You’ll Be Fully Refunded

If your pet sitter doesn’t begin the booking at the scheduled time, you’ll receive a full refund automatically. You won’t need to do anything — our system will take care of it.


⚠️ The Sitter Will Be Penalized

We take reliability seriously. When a sitter fails to start a confirmed booking, it’s a big deal. Sitters who do this:

  • Receive a penalty on their account
  • Are flagged internally by our team
  • Will be reviewed to ensure they’re still a fit for the Woofi community

🚫 Repeat Offenses = Suspension

If a sitter fails to start 5 bookings, their Woofi sitter license will be revoked and they’ll be removed from the platform.
