📅 Full Refund Eligibility
You can cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund — no questions asked.
⏰ Less Than 24 Hours?
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the sitter’s policy.
We recommend canceling as early as possible for the smoothest experience.
🛠️ How to Cancel a Booking:
- Go to the Chat with your sitter 💬
- Tap Booking Details at the top right
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Tap Cancel Booking ❌
- Follow the confirmation steps and you’re done!
Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation, and any refund owed will be processed automatically. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank.
