If the sitter requests the cancellation, they must cancel it from their account.
You can always reach out to them through Woofi Messages ๐Ÿ’ฌ to coordinate.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How to Cancel a Booking (Woofi App)

  1. Open the Woofi App and go to your Inbox.
  2. Tap the Upcoming tab.
  3. Select the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Tap the three dots (โ‹ฎ) in the top right corner and choose Modify Booking.
  5. Tap Cancel Booking.
  6. Choose a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu.
  7. Review the details, add a message for the sitter if you want, and tap Cancel Booking to confirm โœ….

  • Refunds are based on the sitterโ€™s cancellation policy ๐Ÿ“œ.
  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
