π³ How do I change my payment method for a booking on Woofi?
Once a service is booked and confirmed, it’s not possible to change the payment method for that booking π.
If you want to use a different payment method for future bookings, make sure to update your payment info in your account settings before you book.
π If Your Booking Is Still Pending:
If you’ve just submitted a booking request and your sitter hasn’t accepted it yet, you can cancel the request and rebook using a different payment method. Hereβs how:
π± On the Woofi App:
- Go to your Inbox by tapping the chat π¬ icon.
- Select the Pending Requests tab.
- Open the request you want to change.
- In the service details box, tap Modify or Cancel Request.
(This will cancel the pending booking and void the payment.) - Tap Book It Now β you’ll be redirected back to the Checkout page.
- Under Payment Methods, tap the β next to the old card if you want to remove it.
- Tap Add Card to enter your new payment details π³.
- Make sure your desired card is selected, then tap Request to Book to resubmit your booking.
