If you’ve just submitted a booking request and your sitter hasn’t accepted it yet, you can cancel the request and rebook using a different payment method. Here’s how:


πŸ“± On the Woofi App:

  1. Go to your Inbox by tapping the chat πŸ’¬ icon.
  2. Select the Pending Requests tab.
  3. Open the request you want to change.
  4. In the service details box, tap Modify or Cancel Request.
    (This will cancel the pending booking and void the payment.)
  5. Tap Book It Now β€” you’ll be redirected back to the Checkout page.
  6. Under Payment Methods, tap the ❌ next to the old card if you want to remove it.
  7. Tap Add Card to enter your new payment details πŸ’³.
  8. Make sure your desired card is selected, then tap Request to Book to resubmit your booking.
