Understand when and how you will receive payment for your pet care services – easily and securely through Woofi 🧡
🔧 Payment Settings: What You Need
Your payment method is added for the first time when registering as a caregiver. If you wish to update it later, you can do so with a few taps in the app.
📝 You will need the following information:
💳 IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
Usually 14–34 characters long, starting with the country code (e.g., FI in Finland)🏦 BIC/SWIFT Code
A code 8–11 characters long that identifies your bank or branch
💡 You can find this information in your bank's mobile app, online banking, or by contacting your bank.
📲 How to Add or Update Your Payment Information
Open Profile 👤
Tap Pet Care 🐾
Scroll down and select My Payment Information 💰
Enter or update your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code
Tap Save
Once your information has been submitted and confirmed, you will see:
✅ Your account is ready to receive payments
🔐 Verification Process
For your security and to comply with legal requirements, we need to verify the identity of caregivers.
➡️ Ensure that your name and address match your official documents and banking information – this guarantees account ownership.
🔄 How Woofi's Payment Process Works
✅ Payments are processed automatically 2-3 days after the end of the booking
📥 You will see them first in your account under Processing Payments
🏦 When the payment is ready, it will be transferred to your bank account
💬 The status changes to “Paid (Fulfilled)” when the transfer is initiated
⏳ Note! The payment may appear in your account up to 5 business days later, depending on your bank
📊 How to View Your Payment History
Want to track your earnings or check previous payments?
Go to Profile → Payments → Payment History
You will see all of your payment history:
Completed bookings
Payments made
Easy-to-use information for tax declarations
