Understand when and how you will receive payment for your pet care services β easily and securely through Woofi π§‘
π§ Payment Settings: What You Need
Your payment method is added for the first time when registering as a caregiver. If you wish to update it later, you can do so with a few taps in the app.
π You will need the following information:
π³ IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
Usually 14β34 characters long, starting with the country code (e.g., FI in Finland)π¦ BIC/SWIFT Code
A code 8β11 characters long that identifies your bank or branch
π‘ You can find this information in your bank's mobile app, online banking, or by contacting your bank.
π² How to Add or Update Your Payment Information
Open Profile π€
Tap Pet Care πΎ
Scroll down and select My Payment Information π°
Enter or update your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code
Tap Save
Once your information has been submitted and confirmed, you will see:

Your account is ready to receive payments
π Verification Process
For your security and to comply with legal requirements, we need to verify the identity of caregivers.
β‘οΈ Ensure that your name and address match your official documents and banking information β this guarantees account ownership.
π How Woofi's Payment Process Works

Payments are processed automatically 2-3 days after the end of the booking
π₯ You will see them first in your account under Processing Payments
π¦ When the payment is ready, it will be transferred to your bank account
π¬ The status changes to βPaid (Fulfilled)β when the transfer is initiated
β³ Note! The payment may appear in your account up to 5 business days later, depending on your bank
π How to View Your Payment History
Want to track your earnings or check previous payments?
Go to Profile β Payments β Payment History
You will see all of your payment history:
Completed bookings
Payments made
