Turn booking requests into successful pet care services:

When You Receive a Request:

  • You'll get a push notification

  • Review the pet owner's request details

  • Check the pet's profile and special needs

  • Consider your availability and comfort level

Before Accepting:

  • Read all pet information carefully

  • Note any special requirements or medications

  • Check if you have necessary supplies

  • Consider the location and travel time

Responding to Requests:

  • Respond within 24 hours

  • Ask clarifying questions if needed
