Navigate the booking process from your perspective as a sitter:

1. Request Received 📩

  • New booking request appears in your app

  • You have 24 hours to respond

  • Review pet details and owner requirements

  • Check your availability

What you can do:

  • Accept or decline the request

  • Ask questions about the pet

  • Suggest alternative dates

  • Request a meet-and-greet

2. Pending Response

  • You've sent questions or requested changes

  • Waiting for pet owner to respond

  • Booking is not yet confirmed

  • Keep your calendar flexible

What you can do:

  • Wait for owner's response

  • Continue accepting other requests

  • Follow up if no response after 24 hours

3. Confirmed

  • Both parties have agreed to terms

  • Payment has been processed

  • Service is scheduled and guaranteed

  • Prepare for the upcoming service

What you can do:

  • Confirm final details with owner

  • Prepare necessary supplies

  • Set reminders for service times

  • Plan your route and schedule

4. Active 🔄

  • Service is currently in progress

  • You're actively caring for the pet

  • Document your activities and time

  • Communicate with the owner

What you can do:

  • Follow the care instructions

  • Send updates and photos

  • Handle any emergencies

  • Complete required documentation

5. Completed 🎉

  • Service has been finished

  • Submit your service report

  • Upload final photos and notes

  • Wait for payment processing

What you can do:

  • Complete the service summary

  • Upload photos for the owner

  • Submit any additional notes

  • Prepare for your next booking

6. Paid 💰

  • Payment has been processed

  • Money is being transferred to your account

  • Service is officially complete

  • Available for review by owner

What you can do:

  • Check your earnings dashboard

  • Respond to any owner reviews

  • Use this service for future references

Common Issues:

  • Request expired: You didn't respond within 24 hours

  • Owner cancelled: Booking was cancelled by owner

  • Payment issue: Problem with payment processing
